Most personal growth approaches focus on helping you think differently. Many healing approaches focus on helping you cope with what you're carrying. This is a different approach.

Rather than continually managing old patterns, we work to identify and clear the deeper energetic information that allows those patterns to keep repeating.

The goal isn't simply to help you feel better for a few days. The goal is to help you stop carrying what no longer belongs to you.

THE PROCESS

What a session actually looks like.

Every session begins with you.

There is no special preparation required. There is nothing you need to study beforehand. You don't need to know the "right" words. We simply begin with what feels most present in your life.

Perhaps you've been feeling overwhelmed. Maybe anxiety has become your normal. Perhaps you're navigating a difficult transition, repeating the same relationship patterns, or carrying stress you can't seem to explain. Whatever is most alive for you today becomes the place we begin.

Looking beneath the surface.

During our conversation, I listen carefully — not only to your story, but to the deeper patterns beneath it. In shamanic energy medicine, energy is viewed as information.

What you're carrying may be old experiences, inherited beliefs, emotional trauma, subconscious programming, or unresolved experiences. These factors can continue influencing your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system long after the original event has passed. Many people describe it as feeling like something is running quietly in the background.

Our work is identifying those underlying patterns rather than continually reacting to the symptoms they create.

Clearing what no longer serves you.

Once these energetic patterns have been identified, the session focuses on clearing what is no longer serving you. Rather than endlessly revisiting the past, we work directly with the energetic imprint that continues influencing the present.

As old information is released, fresh, clear energy is brought back into the system. Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, and more grounded immediately following a session. Others notice subtle shifts that continue unfolding over the days and weeks that follow.

Every experience is unique, but the intention remains the same: create space for something healthier to emerge.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new.

Not necessarily.

One of the core principles of shamanic energy medicine is efficiency. The intention is not to create dependency or endless healing.

Many clients complete several sessions to clear foundational patterns before simply living their lives and allowing those changes to ripple outward. Some return months later when a new season of life presents a new opportunity for growth. Others continue into more advanced work, such as Soul Retrieval or Destiny Retrieval, after creating enough space through the initial clearing process.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What people usually ask.

Do I need to believe in shamanism for this to work?

No. Curiosity and openness are helpful, but belief is not required. Many clients simply come because they're looking for a different approach after other methods haven't fully addressed what they're experiencing.

Is this connected to a religion?

No. Shamanic energy medicine is a spiritual practice, but it is not affiliated with any religion, denomination, or belief system. People from many different backgrounds choose to work with this approach.

Do I need to prepare before my session?

No preparation is necessary. Simply arrive with an open mind and a willingness to explore what has been weighing on you.

How many sessions will I need?

Every person is different. Many clients begin with several sessions to clear foundational patterns before deciding whether additional work would be beneficial. The intention is meaningful progress — not creating an endless process.
